1. eligibility

The Gavin Adcock x Riverfront Revival VIP Sweepstakes (“Sweepstakes”) is open to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia who are eighteen (18) years of age or older at the time of entry.

Employees, officers, directors, representatives and agents of Riverfront Revival Festival (“Sponsor”), Gavin Adcock, and their respective parent companies, subsidiaries, affiliates, advertising and promotional agencies, prize suppliers, and immediate family or household members of each are not eligible to enter or win.

The Sweepstakes is subject to all applicable federal, state and local laws and regulations and is void where prohibited by law.

2. Sweepstakes Period

The Sweepstakes begins at 12:00 p.m. Eastern Time (“ET”) on Wednesday, September 16, 2026, and ends at 12:00 p.m. ET on Monday, September 28, 2026 (“Sweepstakes Period”).

Entries received before or after the Sweepstakes Period will not be eligible.

3. How to enter

During the Sweepstakes Period, visit the official Sweepstakes entry page and complete the entry form by providing the requested information and submitting your entry.

Limit one (1) entry per person during the Sweepstakes Period.

No purchase is necessary to enter or win. A purchase will not increase your chances of winning.

Automated, duplicate, fraudulent, incomplete or otherwise improper entries may be disqualified at Sponsor’s sole discretion. Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, incomplete, invalid, unintelligible, misdirected or technically corrupted entries.

4. Prize

One (1) Grand Prize winner will receive a Riverfront Revival VIP getaway for the winner and one (1) guest, including:

Two (2) VIP Weekend Passes to Riverfront Revival, taking place October 9–10, 2026, in Charleston, South Carolina;
One (1) hotel room for two (2) nights at a hotel selected by Sponsor;
One (1) Riverfront Revival merchandise bundle, which may include Gavin Adcock merchandise, subject to availability; and
One (1) setlist from Gavin Adcock’s Riverfront Revival performance signed by Gavin Adcock, subject to availability.

The total approximate retail value (“ARV”) of the Grand Prize is $2,150, consisting of two (2) VIP Weekend Passes (ARV $1,400), one (1) hotel room for two (2) nights (ARV $675), and a merchandise package (ARV $75).

Transportation to and from Charleston, South Carolina is not included. Winner and guest are responsible for all transportation, meals, parking, incidental hotel expenses, gratuities, taxes and any other expenses not specifically included above.

Hotel accommodations are subject to availability and Sponsor’s selection. Winner may be required to provide a valid credit or debit card to the hotel for incidental expenses.

Festival passes are subject to all Riverfront Revival ticket terms, venue policies and festival rules.

All prize components are awarded “as is.” No cash alternative or substitution is permitted except at Sponsor’s discretion. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize or prize component with one of equal or greater value if the advertised prize becomes unavailable.

Gavin Adcock merchandise and the signed setlist are subject to availability. If either item cannot reasonably be provided, Sponsor may substitute another item of comparable value. The inability to provide an item designated as “subject to availability” will not entitle the winner to cash compensation.

5. Winner Selection and Notification

One (1) potential Grand Prize winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries received during the Sweepstakes Period.

The potential winner will be contacted using the email address and/or telephone number provided at the time of entry on or around September 28, 2026.

The potential winner must respond within forty-eight (48) hours of the initial notification. If the potential winner cannot be contacted, does not respond within the required period, is determined to be ineligible, or fails to complete any required documentation, the potential winner may be disqualified and an alternate winner may be selected.

The potential winner may be required to complete and return an affidavit or declaration of eligibility, liability release and, where legally permitted, publicity release before being confirmed as the winner.

6. Odds of Winning

Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received during the Sweepstakes Period.

7. Guest Requirements

The winner’s guest must comply with all applicable festival, venue and hotel policies.

If the guest is a minor, the winner must be the minor’s parent or legal guardian unless otherwise approved by Sponsor and permitted by applicable law.

Winner and guest must be able to attend Riverfront Revival on October 9–10, 2026. If the winner is unable to attend the festival on the designated dates, the prize may be forfeited and an alternate winner may be selected.

8. Taxes

The winner is solely responsible for any federal, state or local taxes associated with acceptance and use of the prize. Sponsor may issue applicable tax documentation as required by law.

9. Publicity

Except where prohibited by law, acceptance of the prize constitutes permission for Sponsor and its designees to use the winner’s name, likeness, photograph, voice, statements and city and state of residence for promotional, advertising and publicity purposes related to the Sweepstakes without additional compensation or approval.

10. General conditions

Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend, modify or terminate the Sweepstakes if fraud, technical failures, unauthorized intervention or any other cause beyond Sponsor’s reasonable control impairs the integrity or proper functioning of the Sweepstakes.

Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any individual who attempts to tamper with the entry process, violates these Official Rules or acts in a disruptive, fraudulent or unsportsmanlike manner.

By entering, entrants agree to be bound by these Official Rules and by the decisions of Sponsor, which are final and binding regarding the Sweepstakes.

11. Release and limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, by participating in the Sweepstakes, entrants agree to release and hold harmless Sponsor, Gavin Adcock, participating venues, prize providers and each of their respective parents, subsidiaries, affiliates, officers, directors, employees, representatives and agents from and against any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, injuries or causes of action arising out of participation in the Sweepstakes or the acceptance, possession, use or misuse of any prize.

Sponsor is not responsible for technical failures, interrupted or unavailable networks, servers or websites; inaccurate entry information; lost or delayed electronic communications; or other errors or circumstances that may affect an entrant’s ability to participate.

12. Festival changes or cancellation

Riverfront Revival performances, schedules, artists and programming are subject to change without notice.

Sponsor is not responsible for any cancellation, postponement, delay, artist cancellation, schedule change or other modification to Riverfront Revival caused by circumstances outside Sponsor’s reasonable control.

If Gavin Adcock’s scheduled Riverfront Revival performance is canceled or materially changed, no additional compensation will necessarily be provided except as determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion.

13. Privacy

Information collected in connection with the Sweepstakes will be used to administer the Sweepstakes and otherwise handled in accordance with Sponsor’s applicable privacy policy.

Any optional consent to receive marketing communications must be presented separately from Sweepstakes entry where required by applicable law. Agreeing to receive promotional email or text messages is not required to enter or win.

14. Social Media Disclaimer

This Sweepstakes is not sponsored, endorsed, administered by or associated with Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, X or any other social media platform through which the Sweepstakes may be promoted.

By participating, entrants acknowledge that they are providing their information to Sponsor and not to any applicable social media platform.

15. Disputes

Except where prohibited by law, entrants agree that any disputes, claims or causes of action arising out of or connected with this Sweepstakes or any prize awarded will be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, and will be governed by the laws of the State of South Carolina, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

16. Winner Information

For the name of the winner, send a written request to Riverfront Revival Festival at the address listed below following the conclusion of the Sweepstakes, subject to applicable law.
